Chris Muller is the founder and President of M Retail Solutions. With more than 18 years of retail real estate experience, he has represented prestigious and notable retailers and landlord’s on a national, regional, and local level. He is known for his solution-based approach to retail real estate with unparalleled market analysis, strategic planning, and representation.
Chris has represented big box retailers in a multi-year & multi-state expansion, fast casual market penetration and rollout, restaurant group concept growth and implementation, fashion and specialty mall, and street retail expansion.
Chris is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers, serves on the board for an elite level road and mountain bike racing team, developed the highest rated LEED building in the World, and is co-founder of a group charged with restoring a 2 mile section of the Grand River in Downtown Grand Rapids, MI.
Our Workspace
Neighborhoods can be revitalized without losing their character, and Grand Rapids has a lot of character. We fell in love with a particular building in the underdeveloped Westside Neighborhood. We are close to downdown, but we still have a great opportunity to really develop our surroundings.
Much of our building materials were reclaimed: in our loft office, you’ll see an old basketball court comprising our floor.
When we were finished, we had achieved the highest LEED rating. We love working here, we hope that we’ll see you here soon!
